How much does a wedding coordinator cost?
The price of a wedding coordinator always depends on the time and scope of work your wedding requires. Do you want coordination of just the ceremony? The whole day? Will a venue visit be needed? A ceremony rehearsal? Consultations? Anything special?
All of that takes working time, which needs to be considered when preparing a quote.
That’s why, before pricing the service, wedding coordinators usually schedule a meeting with you to discuss:

How to understand what you’ll be paying for
Even within package options, the usual price range is:

on-the-day coordination (which is usually higher, because it’s more demanding time on-site, often with assistants).
Also keep in mind that the price may include travel expenses or time spent on administration — for example, creating an operational timeline is not a 30-minute task.
And there’s a simple rule of thumb:
The more time you spend with your coordinator, the smoother and calmer your wedding day is likely to be.
How long does everything take?
Before the wedding
Venue visit – on average 1–3 hours (we always insist on this for unfamiliar venues)
Consultations – at least 3 meetings:

Ceremony rehearsal – usually 30 minutes

Why do price lists say “from”?
Every wedding is different. “From” doesn’t automatically mean it will be more expensive — at the meeting we’ll talk through:

what matters most to you,

where you can save, and what you really shouldn’t skip.
💡 A very low “from” price often applies to truly small weddings — for example, ceremony-only coordination, with no complex prep and no need for multiple coordinators.
